Donna S. Murrell is an accomplished pageant coach, judge, mentor, former runway model, and entrepreneur with a lifelong passion for developing confident, successful young women. With decades of experience in the pageant and modeling industries, she has dedicated her career to helping contestants discover their unique strengths while building the confidence, poise, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the stage.

As the founder of Crown Confidence Program, Donna has coached hundreds of contestants ranging from young children to adults, preparing them for local, state, and national competitions. Her contestants have earned numerous state and national titles, scholarships, and awards, while gaining the self-confidence and life skills needed to succeed in school, their careers, and their communities.

Donna's professional background includes serving as a runway model and modeling instructor, owning and directing a successful modeling agency, and working as a casting director for national pageant organizations. She is also an experienced pageant judge, bringing valuable insight into what it takes to excel in competition while emphasizing integrity, authenticity, and personal growth.

A passionate advocate for confidence education, Donna is the creator of the Crown Confidence Program and Crown Confidence University, innovative programs designed to teach public speaking, interview skills, stage presence, leadership, self-esteem, and personal branding. She is also the bestselling author of Crown Confident Mom: Preparing You and Your Queen for Her Crown, a guide created to help families navigate the pageant journey with confidence and purpose.
